Email

Our policy regarding email is as follows:
We will not tolerate or allow anyone who uses our mail servers services to send or distribute spam email.
Accounts that willfully send or distribute spam email will be suspended and/or terminated without prior written notice and will not be allowed to re-establish any other accounts with our company.
Remember, it only takes one spam report from any legitimate spam reporting agency to lose your account with us.
For those of you who have mailing lists assigned to your accounts, it is recommended that you take the time to install opt-in functions on your mail programs.

Pornography

Our policy regarding pornography is as follows:
We will not allow any pornography or sites that display explicite sexual content on our servers. Any site owner that chooses to display content related to or in reference to pornographic subject matter will have their accounts terminated without prior written notice. All images of this type will be deleted and will not be allowed. This includes any other content that may reside in the form of music or video files. Child pornography or other illegal forms of such will be reported to law enforcement.

Race, Ethnicity & Gender

Our policy regarding the defamation of race is as follows:
We will not allow any sites that either directly or indirectly defame the race or ethnicity of others. This includes and may not be soley limited to gender as well.
Any site that is found to contain content that is discriminitory or is defaming others will be removed and the account will be terminated without prior written notice. (this includes sites that promote hate)

Other Illegal Issues

Our policy regarding controlled substances is as follows:
Sites that promote the use of controlled substances or firearms will be removed and reported to law enforcement and the account will be terminated without prior written notice. (this includes promotional sites for *Viagra or Male Enhancement Products)

Minor Children

Our policy concerning content for use by minor children is as follows:
Sites that may interfere with the growth and developement of minor children will not be allowed. This includes those who would promote violence or hate (see above) and those who would wish to promote gaming or other such content with a less than 'PG' rating.
